In Science students from the 7E Crew explored the fascinating phases of the Moon through a fun, hands-on investigation using Oreo biscuits! 🌙
Students recreated and explained the different phases of the Moon by carefully scraping away the cream to model each stage of the Lunar Cycle. They then used their models to demonstrate how the Moon appears to change shape as it orbits Earth, linking their observations to scientific explanations.
This engaging assessment allowed students to apply their understanding of the Moon`s phases while developing their observation, communication and scientific thinking skills. 🌕🌑
